Audio production
When a booking confirmation has been requested by a client, 60% of the full cost
(non-refundable), must be paid in advance to produce the entire audio track.
After preparing the soundtrack, it will be sent to the client through email or
whatsapp or google drive, to practice the song with the soundtrack.
Two weeks later, the client must give the rest of the payment (40%), while giving
the final voice.
Any voice changes can be accepted before financial mixing of the soundtrack. But
no music will be changed if it is played with acoustic instruments.
The client will get maximum 90 days to give the final voice. If any client fails the
deadline, then the audio track will be saved in Studio Joya's archive. After that, a
late fee (extra 20%), will be charged per month. If the soundtrack is completely
deactivated due to technical problems after 90 days have passed, the authority is
not responsible for this.
Video production
In addition to audio production, Studio Joya makes musical films too. So, if any
client wants, they can even release music video of a song from Studio Joya's
official youtube channel (Condition Applied)
Any released song cannot be used or uploaded anywhere for commercial
purposes.
All types of audio and video productions released from Studio Joya are protected
by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Buying songs from website
All audio and music videos released from Studio Joya will be available here. If
anyone is interested to buy any song, they can willingly do that. But the materials
cannot be used for any types of commercial purposes. They are protected by
applicable copyright and trademark law.
